Spur-training and displays - A Petit way to share a taste for life
The Spur employees are continuously trained in wine. During the training sessions the waitrons have the opportunity to taste the Petit range, getting to know different cultivars, different styles of wine, exposure to wine and food pairings and education on the Ken Forrester philosophy - to create a range of handcrafted, individually made wines that suitably complement a wide variety of food styles and provide excellent value.
