TASTING NOTES
Typical character of Orange peel, lemon zest and Stone fruit. More sourer than sweet on the nose. On the palate, a soft sparkle (mousse) and a rich mouthfeel due to extended lees aging (18 months).
Ideal aperitif or with a pizza.

Cellar: These Chenin Blanc grapes were wild fermented and bottled while fermenting. An entirely natural process with the possibility of fine sediment, which is an indication of our limited interference and inherent quality.
